Return Eligibility
- You may return items within 14 days of receipt.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Shapewear and intimate apparel must be returned with the hygiene strip intact and unworn.
- To be eligible for a return or refund, you must provide a video of the unboxing process.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Intimate apparel without the hygiene strip
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at care@chicaqilas.com to initiate a return.
- Provide the unboxing video as proof of the product’s condition upon receipt.
- You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and include the RMA number on the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- The refund will include the purchase price of the item(s) and any applicable taxes.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Please note that exchanges are not allowed. If you need a different size or color, you will need to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
- Provide photos and video evidence of the damage or defect.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.
- Please allow up to 21 days for international returns to be processed.
Promotional Items and Gifts
- Free gifts or promotional items must be returned with the qualifying purchase.
- If the qualifying purchase is returned, the value of the free gift may be deducted from the refund amount.
